2023 Spring Round Table Event Tampa, FL

Twenty-three Information Technology leaders from AEC firms across the country met in Tampa, Florida on April 20 - 21, 2023 to discuss current and future technology/business trends.

• François Brunet of FAC Services presented a case study on Cybersecurity Insurance.

• Carl Veillette, Rick Saladino, and Marge Hart of Newforma presented a product roadmap and development updates regarding their cloud strategy and PIMTrack.

• Adam Cohen of Workspot presented information on Cloud VDI.

• The group took a tour of the Henry B. Plant Museum then enjoyed dinner and a Flamenco show at Columbia Restaurant.

• Randall Stevens of AVAIL presented on industry Content Management strategies.

• Kia Smith and David Collins of RSM presented upcoming Department of Defense Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) version 2.0 changes as well as information on the value of a virtual Chief Security Officer (vCSO).

• Member Scott Schuetz facilitated a discussion on emerging AI technology and appropriate use in the workplace.
